I received so much great feedback from my “Absolutely healthy Cauliflower dish” that it inspired me to make another one- this even better because of the coriander yogurt sauce.

The recipe is very similar but this time with a slight variation. I place the cauli florets in a baking pan along with Pecans and then sprinkle some salt, 2 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of chilli powder and 1 tsp cumin Рcoriander powder. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Heat a pan with oil, add chopped onions and 4-5 cloves garlic with salt and sauté till they caramelize. Transfer the toasted pecans and the florets on to the pan with Caramelized onions and garlic.
For the sauce, chop a bunch of coriander leaves/ cilantro and put it in a blender with yogurt. Blend to a smooth consistency and add salt to taste. Now transfer the green sauce to pan with cauliflower, onions and pecans. Plate and Enjoy!!!!! Absolutely healthy yet delicioussssss:)

Crepe With Tomato Chutney and Coriander Chutney

Crepe With Tomato Chutney and Coriander Chutney

I have always been fascinated by the different ways one can present a CREPE- both savory and sweet! It is indeed one of my favorite dishes:)

Well, I made my version of Savory Crepe with a bright red tomato chutney and a green coriander chutney. The tangy flavor from the tomato chutney and the earthiness from the coriander chutney makes it a perfect dip for the crepe.

Heaven on a Plate- Crunchy Pakoras with Coriander Chutney

Heaven on a Plate- Crunchy Pakoras with Coriander Chutney

Growing up as a child, my mom would make hot crispy pakoras or vegetable fritters whenever we had guests over and I loved to snack on them with some nice green coriander chutney! Tasted delicious. Today, I am a mom and I make it for my kids and friends and they thoroughly enjoy the crunchy Pakoras with the coriander chutney.

This is one of my best sellers in appetizers on my catering menu. Also, is a big hit at home when its raining outside and my husband loves to eat them with his cup of Chai!
